Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is the treatment and rehabilitation of the physical dysfunction
of the body. Physiotherapy, often referred to as physio, uses physical methods, such as soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilisation, to promote healing
and wellbeing. Physiotherapy treatments are often used to help restore a
person’s range of movement and strength after injury or illness.
